1. Handmade Craftsmanship

Each Toia product is carefully handcrafted using special braiding and crochet techniques, created entirely by hand without the use of mechanical instruments. Every piece reflects time, precision, and artisanal dedication, making it unique. Small variations in texture, shape, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Materials

All products are made from 100% premium recycled cotton yarn. We are committed to sustainable practices and responsible sourcing, ensuring high-quality materials while maintaining a refined standard of craftsmanship.

3. Made to Order

All Toia items are made to order. Production begins after the order is confirmed. Because each piece is individually handcrafted, processing times may vary. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available.

Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item has a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photos and your order details. If the defect is confirmed after review, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Items that show signs of wear, improper care, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault are not eligible for return.

5. Care Instructions

To preserve the quality of your product:

Do not machine wash.
Soak gently in cold water with liquid detergent.
Lay flat to dry.

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage and void any claim eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, images, branding elements, and content under Toia are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
